Kristy has over 6 years of clinical experience working as a physiotherapist in both the rehab and private practice setting with a wide variety of populations. Kristy has a wealth of experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders, and has a particular interest in issues relating to the spine.
Kristy works with her clients to help alleviate pain, advise, and educate regarding their condition with the aim of improving the quality of their day-to-day lives. She uses a combination of her manual therapy skills, dry needling experience, and exercise prescription capabilities to help empower clients in reaching their goals. She has also undertaken further training in Neurokinetic Therapy and is striving to further her knowledge in this area and in chronic pain management.

Elliot graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). He has a strong passion in both musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and has gained valuable experience in a number of areas of physiotherapy, including a year with the Newcastle Knights Reserve Grade Team in 2017.
Elliot has extensive experience working with local specialist surgeons, sports physicians and general practitioners to ensure that his patients get the best possible outcome.
Elliot understands the importance of listening to and valuing his patients and focusses his management around educating his patients about every aspect of their injury and the most current treatment methods available to help resolve their problem.
Beyond his clinical work, Elliot has engaged in post-graduate study through a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Victoria.
