Kristy HordPhysiotherapistKristy graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science followed by a Masters of Physiotherapy. She has over 9 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and has gained valuable experience in both the hospital environment and private practice setting.
Kristy has extensive experience in treating clients with neck and lower back issues, and has worked with several specialist surgeons and general practitioners to ensure a holistic treatment plan for her clients. Kristy loves seeing her clients get the best possible results and she uses a combination of her manual therapy and exercise prescription skills to achieve this. She is frequently attending courses to further her physiotherapy knowledge, particularly in chronic pain management. Kristy has a love of all things outdoors and you’ll probably find her out and about at one of the local hiking trails or down at the beach enjoying a dip. |
Elliot MeersPhysiotherapistElliot graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours). He has a strong passion in both musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and has gained valuable experience in a number of areas of physiotherapy, including a year with the Newcastle Knights Reserve Grade Team in 2017.
Elliot has extensive experience working with local specialist surgeons, sports physicians and general practitioners to ensure that his patients get the best possible outcome. Elliot understands the importance of listening to and valuing his patients and focusses his management around educating his patients about every aspect of their injury and the most current treatment methods available to help resolve their problem. Beyond his clinical work, Elliot has engaged in post-graduate study through a Masters of Sports Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in Melbourne, Victoria. |
